If you have been refused asylum and wish to submit an appeal or a fresh claim, you should do this via your solicitor.
If you do not have a solicitor, then please contact a caseworker at Global Link to recommend one to you. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS Global link is able to assist you with your application for a travel document. LOST IMMIGRATION DOCUMENTS If you lose your BRP, you will be required to report the loss/ theft to the police and get a reference number first. You can apply for a replacement via:

REGUGEES POST 5 YEARS Your refugee status lasts up to 5 years thereafter you will need to make an application for ‘indefinite leave to remain’ You will need to get a suitably qualified immigration adviser to assist you with this.
You will be required to provide evidence of residency, employment, education and good character.
