You can replace the driver’s license issued by a European country (not previously replaced) with a British driving license without the need to submit an exam

The first stage

Apply for your first provisional driving license
Get your first provisional driving license for a moped, motorbike and car from DVLA online. To apply you must:
be at least 15 years and 9 months old
be able to read a number plate from 20 meters away

The second stage Driving theory test


The second stage: driving theory test (driving theory test)
After you have a provisional license, you can apply for a theoretical examination

The validity of the theoretical test certificate is two years. In the sense that from the date of passing the exam you have two years to pass the practical test and obtain the full license. If you are not able to do so, you must return the theoretical exam after two years

Phase 3: Practical driving test

The third stage practical driving test 

After passing the theoretical test you can book the practical exam but before that you must train with a trained trainer even if you are good driving before you come to Britain
The cost of the exam ranges from 62 to 75 pounds (the price depends on the day and on the timing)
